Proceedings of ICCC’s highly successful conference in 2002 which explored the theme:
“Redefining Internet in the Context of Pervasive Computing”

ICCC is a global, multidisciplinary body whose mission is to focus early attention on potentials and issues raised by the impacts of developments in computer communication. We are headquartered in Washington D.C. in the United States and have a regional office in Mumbai, India. Council Governors are elected from many countries and charged with carrying out various duties, both regional and international, in support of the ICCC mission. ICCC is an affiliate of the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP).
